Intention
The only type of movement i dont like is the one your not doing.
I know its only early into this new program but i think its time we do some OG CrossFit…
So with that we are going to do Chelsea.. Ive never personally done this myself so I’m keen to see how i go but even more keen to see how you go.
Chelsea (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)
Every minute on the minute for 30 minutes:
5 Pull-ups
10 Push-ups
15 Squats
