Today we are going overhead with in my opinion the hardest upper body movement and that is the strict press.
As we are only in day 2 of the new block the RPE will be low.. but this movement will be repeated a lot so yeah have fun whilst its light!
Shoulder Press (4×6 ( Working Sets ) @ RPE 6)
Perform a new set every 2 minutes.
EMOM x 8 (4 Rounds for weight)
1). Barbell RDL x 8
2). Single Arm DB Push Press x 8 EA
No RX for deadlift but i would say 30-40% max
