15 table rocks

5 inch worms

into bar muslce up work

– swing

– swing and kip

– AA+pullup

– swing and kip and toes to bar

– combine to do BMU 😉

3 rounds on the minute

1 bmu + 10 double unders

or

1 pullup + 1 dip + 10 double unders
