2) Base goal: 5 x 20 in 10 minutes, bodyweight-only, 6 inches, heel elevated. Advanced: loaded, 10 x 10 in 20 minutes

3) 3 sets of 10 reps using assistance on the way down and up

4) 3 sets of 10 reps elevated and assisted
