Sled push up and down the driveway

12 burpees over hurdle

do it in teams of 3, where you do a whole round as full speed then rest for 2 rounds


Deadlift go to warmup (No Measure)



10 KB crosschops

10 kB snatch

10 Box Jumps

10 KB rear good mornings

15 Star jumps
Deadlift patterning and tension work

spend plenty of time ramping up your deadlift weights
