– Handstand hold

– Hollow

– Ring Support
– Tight body

– Abs on, always!

– Point your toes, push them away from your body (get long)

– Squeeze them quads


10 Minute Squat Test (Time)

Sit Unassisted in the bottom of a relaxed squat for up to 10 minutes
