45 chest-to-bar pull-ups
Thruster weight: 43/30kg

Clean weight: 43/30kg

Agillity Drills

Banded monster walks in all directions

2 Rounds with barbell

5 Front squats

5 Push Press

10 V-ups

10 Ring rows

Then spend 10 mins looking at gymnastics for the day

EMOM x 6

1) 3 Thrusters + 2 T2B

2) 3 Cleans + 2 C2B
