Sled weight: AHAP but sled shouldn’t stop

Warm-up

Warm-up (No Measure)

EDWU 6.1

Start with 50 reps per side Hamstring floss

8 Minutes of movement

30 reps – run into wall

15 Face pulls

30 Skips

15 Lunges

30 Standing toe touches

Then start adding weight to the sled!
