200m farmers carry – person on bar other two doing the carry

20 synchro overhead lunges 25/20 kg

B: Metcon (Weight)

Best 3 consecutive doubles as a team,

So the goal is to have all three partners do 2 reps each without anyone failing, if one person fails then the other two partners set doesn’t count to the total.
