10 straight leg raise

then,

EMOM x 6

20″ (10 down/10 up) deadlift at light weight

3 burpees

then get your team together

EMOM x 6

3 snychro DL at a heavies weight

3 synchro burpees

then spend 5 or so minutes finishing up to working weight with the deadlift
